        A Health Savings Account is an alternate to traditional health insurance; it is a savings product that offers a different way for consumers to pay for their health care.         Civil Technician / Hand

        Civil Technician / Hand

        The Civil Technician is responsible for supporting his crew during wireless cell site construction. Taking direction from the Civil Foreman, this individual will have the ability to build a site based on set of plans, Methods of Procedure (MOPs) and Bill of Materials (BOMs) provided. Candidate must be willing to operate hand tools, power tools, and other construction equipment and machinery on a daily basis in all outdoor weather environments. All duties must be performed in accordance with OSHA and other worker safety standards with keeping high quality, accountability and budget timelines in mind.

        Job Functions
        • Work on and around electrical components including but not limited to conduit installations, cabling, grounding and various connectors.
        • Perform form setting and site layout
        • Safely operate heavy machinery for compaction and welding etc
        • Perform basic concrete carpentry
        • Prepare materials for daily projects, preps truck and trailer with necessary items to complete scheduled build
        • Successfully complete formal and on-the-job training
        Qualifications
        • Telecommunications experience ideal

        • Call in locates and notify all local utility companies before any excavations take place
        • Comply with carrier specifications on all site construction by detailed coordination, review and approval of all documentation including but not limited to construction reports, grounding reports and as-builts
        • Procure and provide all carrier materials for a project to a site by timely and accurately specifying required materials and coordinating with internal/external individuals as required
        • Monitor and report performance of projects by ensuring full utilization of tracking tools and reports, observation of and attendance at progress meetings, and direct interaction with personnel and management for feedback
        Qualifications
        • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the telecommunications/wireless industry
        • With at least 3 of those years of experience as a Tower Foreman or Construction Manager
        • Must be able to sweep (Anritsu), PIM and Fiber Test
        • Demonstrated expertise in construction skills, rigging, crane signals, gin pole operations, safety and general industry knowledge

        Payroll Administrator

        The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for assisting the HR Manager/Controller with all HR duties! Skills proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise is a must. Ability to multi-task and work independently, as well as part of a team. Accurate data entry skills and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills is a must.

        Job Functions
        • Assist with preparation of all documents for on-boarding new employees
        • Prepares weekly payroll including journal entries, and monthly payroll accounting reconciliations.
        • Creates, reviews and reconciles Quarterly 940, 941, and FUTA tax filings, payments and Yearly W-2s.
        • Responsible for proper workerโ€™s comp coding, 401k and year-end payroll reports.
        • Process correct garnishment calculations and compliance.
        • Assists HR Manager with Insurance, W/C, and TWC Claims/Reporting.
        • Responsible for entering and updating employee data in the payroll system.

        Job Functions
        • Climbing towers and ladders at various heights
        • Erection of various tower types
        • Off-loading material and inventory
        • Preparation and cleaning of sites
        • Installation of new carriers on new build and existing towers
        • Following of Fall Safety procedures
        • Assist in setting shelters and installation of ice bridge
        • Assist in tower erection using helicopters, cranes and gin poles
        • Assist in the installation of various types of antennas such as VHF, UHF, cellular, FM broadcast and microwave parabolic antennas
        • Assist in the transmission line and installation of foam or air dielectric coaxial, hardline and elliptical wave-guides
        • Assist in the installation of all aspects of cell site foundations, grounding and conduits, with electrical installations where applicable.
        Qualifications
        • Direct experience in the telecommunications/wireless industry is not required, but the willingness to be cross-trained in other areas of communication site maintenance including HVAC and generator repairs
        • Ability to climb and work at heights
        • Training will be required in Fall Protection, Rescue, Industrial First Aid, CPR to gain a working knowledge of safety standard standards and regulations governing the industry
        • Must be authorized to work in the US
        • Valid driverโ€™s license; (CDL a plus) with a driving record that meets TxDot and company policy criteria
        • Ability to pass drug tests and background check
        Additional Preferred Qualifications
        • Associate Degree in Electronics or Related Field.
        • Climbing Safety and Rescue Training and Certification
        • Anritsu Sweep Test Equipment Training and Certification
        • HVAC and/or Generator Troubleshooting and Maintenance Skills
        • Class B CDL with Air Brakes Endorsement
        Working Conditions
        Must be able to work nights and weekends as needed

        Must be willing to work in extreme weather conditions when required

        Must be willing to travel extensively if required

        Must be in good physical condition with the ability to bend, twist, squat and lift 75 lbs. and pull his/her own body weight plus equipment weight up a vertical tower repeatedly for long periods of time.

        Receptionist

        Qualified candidate will report to the Controller/HR Manager. The Front Desk Associate will provide front-end support to the office by offering telephone support and greeting internal and external clients. In addition, other tasks, including administrative support to the Accounting and Operations Departments, will be required.

        • Operate the phone system by politely and promptly answering calls, transferring to appropriate parties and documenting all messages.
